Fresh Fish

The fish are caught in the South eastern coast of India on Sunday and cut/cleaned on Monday. On Monday, itself, these are vacuum packed and then shipped in a cooled environment (not frozen), arriving state side in a couple days (by Thursday typically) and available for consumers on Thursday/Friday.
